How long does it take to receive my candle?

Our launch collection is currently in pre-order and is expected to be dispatched by September 15th. Once shipped, delivery timing depends on your location and courier schedule.

Do you offer gifting options?

Yes. We offer curated gifting packages and custom gift messages. You can view our gifting collection or reach out via WhatsApp to create a personalised order.

How do I pay for a pre-order?

Pre-orders are paid via M-Pesa to the designated till number provided on the order page. After payment, we verify the transaction and confirm your order.

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely. For custom gifting, corporate gifting, or special requests, we recommend contacting us through WhatsApp or email so we can guide you through the available options.

Do you ship outside Nairobi?
